Sourced from the renowned terroirs of Étoges and Courtemont-Varennes, the grapes are pressed separately on a traditional Coquart press, guaranteeing optimal quality from the very first stages of production. After vinification in stainless steel vats and careful blending in January, the cuvée rests patiently for 3 years on lees in the cellar, to reveal all its aromatic richness.
